Afterwards, stay and find out what you should be EATING to maximise your results.
The day consists primarily of 3 different aspects of training;
THE FORMAT GENERALLY GOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS:
• Session 1 - lower body & upper body strength training. Exercises range from Back Squats to Deadlifts, Bench Press to Overhead Presses
• Session 2 - Modified Strongman Training (MST) circuit- includes Prowler, tyre flips, Kettlebell swings, rope slams, farmers walks
• Session 3 - finishing off the day with some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using bodyweight, free-weights or boxing drills
• Bring healthy snacks like nuts/seeds, low GI fruits (berries), protein & energy bars/drinks as we have two, 10-15 minute breaks.
• Bring a change of t-shirt & a warm hoodie as it can get a bit cool during the breaks
