Many people these days have a gym membership and regularly go to a gym, but I never see anyone following a program unless they're with a trainer, and worse still, the trainer's not even following a program or taking notes about the session (weights used, reps completed etc). How can that client progress if you can't remember what weights and reps you did last week?
That's where my bespoke on-line training program can fill that gap. You send me your goals, any time-frames that you might have, frequency that you'd like to train at the gym (whether it's a commercial club, a works gym or at home) and I will send you a personalized, bespoke training program for you.
Similar thing with people's nutrition. Most people know what they should and shouldn't be eating to lose weight or body fat, they just don't it, and why, because they don't have a structured plan to follow. If you send me your food diary, your goals & any time-frames that you're working with, I will send you some nutritional guidance to follow to best help you achieve your goals.
